DEI Real Event Series

About this Event
What is allied behavior and why is it important? Why is it that much more important if you have power, privilege, are white and male? By sharing the stories of allyship and sharing strategies to overcome unconscious and conscious bias, we identify how to step up and stand up.
Join us for a panel discussion, learning from those who do not identify as part of a marginalized group but rather have both privilege and position power. This is a unique opportunity for those who want to be allies but afraid of missteps. Hear from other allies and their journey into allyship. Be brave and meet us where the conversation is happening as we work towards allyship as an action verb and not just a status label.
