Meet the Board

The AMA Puget Sound board members are volunteers and serve a minimum of a one-year term, from July to the following June. Each Spring the membership elects a President, President-Elect, Secretary and Treasurer.

AMA Puget Sound President

JULIE LICHTENBERG | A Green Bay, WI transplant, Julie co-founded and served on the Board of the Northeast Wisconsin AMA Chapter. Since transferring to Seattle and the PSAMA, she created and manages the inaugural PSAMA Mentor Program, as well as lead the Networking Committee.

Past President: Brianna Home

Brianna is passionate about marketing. As both a client and now as Strategic Director at Hansen Belyea, she has seen first hand how solid marketing can transform industries. As a member of the PSAMA board, Brianna is committed to furthering our industry and helping advance the careers of professionals in the Puget Sound marketing community.

VP South Puget Sound

KACIE LEACY | Kacie is an owner at JayRay, an agency offering creative marketing and strategic communication services. She co-founded the South Sound Special Interest Group (SIG) in 2010 and continues to lead the South Sound volunteer team in hosting South Sound events, which are bi-monthly breakfasts and socials in Tacoma.

South Puget Sound Programming Manager: Rachel Costner

Rachael has over 30 plus years of experience in marketing and advertising as well as serving on the committees of the Cancer Survivorship NW, The American Heart Association and the American Marketing Association. For the last decade, I have worked in healthcare marketing specific to radiology with emphasis in community education and engagement.

Speaker Manager, MarketMix

MAUREEN JANN | Maureen Jann is the Founder of SuperDeluxe Marketing, a marketing agency in the Pacific Northwest. Her background includes two decades building high-performing marketing departments and a Bachelor of Art from SJSU. An industry expert and entrepreneur, she loves unusual shoes and pug dogs.

VP of Volunteers

AMBER LEE | Amber is a results-driven professional in love with the art and science of marketing. Today, Amber is more than an Associate Project Manager at Knack Collective and the VP of Volunteers for the American Marketing Association Puget Sound; she is an agile problem solver, empathetic teammate, and a life-long learner. Amber has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a Marketing focus from the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business as well as a minor in English.

VP of Membership

ADAM PEDDICORD | Adam’s driving ambition is to see everyone win and he’s applied his passion in this area in whatever he does. Presently Adam is the Chief Customer Officer for Customer Success by Design a consulting firm aimed at helping companies realize the desired outcomes for their clients, staff, and organization. Adam is a combat veteran, Seattle Pacific University MBA graduate, and volunteers as an Emergency Management Responder and the VP of Membership for the Puget Sound American Marketing Association.

— COMMUNICATIONS —

VP of Communications: Paul Sutton

Paul has spent over 20 years in senior technical, sales, marketing, and business management roles within the software industry. For the last 8 years, co-founded a Microsoft software partner, Cireson. Paul is passionate in simplifying technology to help improve the customer service experience.

Social Media Manager

KYM ORR | Kym is a marketing communications professional with years of experience working in creative project management and content creation. She is a Board member and marketing volunteer with the Association for Women in Communications and a graduate of the University of Southern California.

Design Manager

ANDI WILLIAMSON | Andi is a graphic designer from Seattle and has ten years of experience working in marketing with large companies and small businesses. She has a background in journalism, customer experience, advertising, and art direction. Andrea believes great design in marketing is what makes a message strong, effective, and memorable, and she loves to find creative solutions to make information stand out.

Digital Event Manager: Rebecca Adler

A highly trained ontological coach supporting clients in maximizing their personal and professional potential through a 1-on-1 partnership. Specialties: Personal Coach, Marketing Coach, Writing, Customer Engagement; Digital & Email Marketing (including marketing automation); Go-To-Market Planning and Execution; Campaign Analysis; Project Management; and Event Marketing.

Email Manager

SUSAN SAGER | Decisive Marketing Agent who drives company growth through creative and innovative marketing strategies. Skilled at analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop highly-effective and targeted marketing campaigns.

VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

KIM “KIMFER” FLANERY-RYE | Entrepreneurial in spirit, creatively minded and service at heart, Kimfer is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience with a diverse background in art, design, communication, training, digital marketing, brand strategy, executive leadership, design thinking and organizational development specifically focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and culture. Her work experience includes multiple roles at an enterprise company like T-Mobile, agency work as an executive at Yesler, and pro bono work for a non-profit organization like the Health Commons Project through her consultancy, MyKimisms, LLC.

Website Manager – Sara Hayward

Sara is a research focused marketer whose expertise lies in identifying trends in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. She is a champion of accessibility, an advocate for the customer experience, and committed to pushing the industry forward. Sara has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from SDSU. She moved to Seattle five years ago and loves the outdoors and hiking with her family.
